Default Chain Tension/Headlight Adjust

Is anyone aware of how to adjust the headlights up on an '04 600rr?

Also, my chain is slightly loose. I generally know how to tighten it, but I am curious if anyone else is comfortable doing it themsleves--mainly, my concern is thatI would tighten the rear wheel on slightly off center, causing problems at high speeds. Any tips at how to get it back on straight? How much torque should i put on the rear axel?

-thanx

To adjust the chain:
- loosen rear axle nut
- adjust chain adjusters on both sides of the swingarm
- "lock" chain adjusters
- tighten rear axle nut

this may help with the location of some thing but it may look different on your 04:
