Don't use the HP4M moly stuff! That's for other Hondas with dry clutch. Yours is wet so stick with GN4 or HP4 if you want synthetic. Molybdenum dimulsifide is as slick as graphite powder or more so.

get the HP4 not the moly one
it's bad when the amount of moly is big.

Most oil do contain moly but so little that it won't slip your clutch

I use schaeffer semi syn., w/ molly... never a problem, 9k drag starts...5 oil changes, in 6k, including first "change over". Molly, isn't the prob. The type of molly, is. No problems w/ "soluble" molly. The other molly, is like ballbearings, and smokes clutches. clean and free, Ripp'n

Dude its a 7yr old thread and several people had already answered that question back in 06.

I have a F4 and its a wet clutch. The only thing that I use that has moly in it is chain lube, and I use the honda pro lube works great!
