hi, guys,
i have a 2002 CBRF4I. is it possible for me to raise the rear end about 5mm? and how?

less preload on the rear shock will raise the rear on your bike

you can add spacers (thick washers) to the upper bolt that holds the shock to the bike... you'll need lift the rear up by the subframe, pegs, or some other way to take the load off the rear. then go in from under the tank to remove the bolt and add spacers unless you can get in there with very small hands.
