I changed my oil and filter succesfully on a 05 cbr 600 rr with 3.1 quarts as told looked through the window after it and not even at the middle then went for a ride came back brack fluid dripping from under the break lever when engaged messed up my paint i did take off the cap to the brake resavoir to see if it was full should of looked at the window maybe need bleed now i think there is a buble in the window any advise is apreciated thanks

 

Just taking off the cap should not have put an air in the lines? but anyway, bleeding brakes is not that hard as long as your careful & everything is kept dust & dirt free, using new brake fluid.
There is a lot of stuff on here about doing just that, so do a search. Its probably in need of new fluid anyhow, don't go nuts an over tighten those little brake bleeder valves.
