Default Brake Fluid

I got a question about the Brake Fluid. Well.. more like 3. It looks like my brake fluid is slowly leaking. How do i tell that my brake fluid is low? There is a meter but i'm not sure whether to look at the bar or the white circular indicator. Second, How do i know my fluid is dirty and time to change? When i open the brake fluid cap, do i just pour the brake fluid in? Is there anything special i need to do? Forgive my newbness.

Yes, there should be a High/Low mark on the resivior. I dont know if you are refering to the rear or front........but goes about the same for both. If it looks dirty (dark, chocolate look) then yes, replace it. You can do this a couple of ways. Either bleed the brakes out until you get new fluid coming out (make sure to keep filling it every few bleeds) or suck out the old with a turkey baster and replace with new, then bleed until you get new. (Much faster)

If it's leaking.........figure out where and fix it. Either rebuild the master cylinder if needed or new lines........what ever. Just fix the problem.

I'm assuming that i fill the brake fluid from the cap on top of the handlebar, right? And when i suck the old fluid out, where do i suck it out from?

Get yourself a manual ASAP, do a search on this site and track one down. Leakes from brakes in an important issue as is the need to be able to rectify it, and then perform the tasks that Gruntworker has mentioned. It's not impossible to do, but you have to be carefull and have a more than basic understanding of wot is involved, and a manual will at least give you a good start.
Get those brakes fixed pronto, your life may depend on em.

Do a search on bleeding the brake system. It's actually quite simple.
I agree with pacemaker. Find that leak and fix it!

Here's a sevice manual you can download:
