Default help! my 954 wont start.

So i have this project that ive been trying to finish up before the riding season is over. Last yime it woildnt start it was because of the BAS and once installed it started up. The only problem was that it would die if i didnt let it warm up, so once wamr i revved it and it felt really sluggish as if it was to die and felt like it was misfiring. So i changed the air filter and the plugs since they were dirty to the point they were black now, when i finish up got everything installed, the bike doesnt fire up. It cranks and fuel pump works but no start. What can cause this. Tonight im gonne check to make sure the bike get spark, just a heads up and also check fuses and yes the bike has fresh gas but, what else should i check for.

Filled up the tank with freah gas and added some gumout and still no start. I should also add that the FI signal stays on, no blink just stays on and the red light is ip only when i turn the ignition the goes away. My next step will be to fully charge the battery to have enought power because last time i got the bike to start was with fully charged battery. Ill keep the thread updated.
