Default Having troubles

I have a 1999 Honda cbr 600 f4 that was running great now I take it to work 20 miles and when I'm getting of highway To stop at red light drop gears to first and bike slowly idol's low then dies it starts back up but I have to give it throttle to keep running any ideas or answers whould be great thanks

Did you by chance have any crud in your tank?

If you don't have a blockage of some sort, maybe your pump is starting to fail.

So I replaced my idle stew and cable and it fixed my idle issues in low gear the spring was broke off but after I ride it for extended periods like a hour or so I'm having the issue with the bike loses power give it throttle no go then I let of wait a sec and it will go a bit but once I drop gears to stop bike dies I changed the fuel filter spark plugs and air filter tank is clean do you think it's my fuel pump I checked it turns on and seems to be pumping I'm so confused any help whould be great thanks for feedback appreciated all the help I can get

Might be worth giving those carbs a clean. Curve ball check would be voltage at different rpm.
