Fuse box removal

Is it possible to remove the fuse box without removing the nose fairing on a CBR600 fw 1998? Can anyone help please?

I don't know if it could be done or not. But the upper fairing is not difficult to remove. Might take 5 or 10 minutes to do if you already have the lower cowl's off.
