Fuel problems..I think. Please Help
I recently bought a 1998 CBR 600F3 with a broken clutch cable that had been sitting for about 2+yrs. Old owner had added fuel stabilizer and was running rough after putting new cable. We cleaned the tank, lines, and bowls etc.. Ran great for 2 days and all of a sudden it started bogging and dying every 3 or so blocks while driving. I would allow it to sit for about 10-15min and it would start right up and idle like a champ, but again, 3 blocks and dead. I know my fuel pump is working ( i can hear it on at least ) and my filter is not clogged. Could the stabilizer from before had caused problems? and where, how? If not, what could be causing this problem? Any help and information is much appreciated.

Check the R/R and it's connector, most heat-related issues boil down to a failure there. I'm assuming heat from the cycle of run-fail you're describing.
To start just look under the right side cover, just behind the carbs. The epoxy should be smooth, no cracks or fissures.
look over the connector for burnt pins, melted/warped plastic. Those are the obvious signs of a R/R failure.
Here's a link to electrical charging/operating system diagnostics, as well...

Here's a discussion on some of the alterative replacements, should that be the
source of you vextation....
