Today i put a new front tire and pads. I compressed the calipers to get new pads on. When I put everything back together, I thought I bled the brake fluid properly. Put when I testrode it and had only squishy brakes after I pumped the lever a couple times. HELP!

 

Don't panic, just bleed both calipers again, give it some new fluid.

 

and double check your bleeding technique...
