Why would you want to put red coolant in the bike if it came with green? If you do drain and flush the whole system it should be fine but Ive seen alot of people mix the two and it turns into a whitish jelly, So make sure you get it all out good first.
I would suggest going to your local parts store and buy a coolant flush kit. Drain the coolant from your bike. It comes with a T fitting you can hook inline with your radiator hose connect a garden hose to it. Remove the radiator cap and turn your hose on. start the bike and allow the water to just flow for a while rinseing out the system.
