This is much easier to do in Daylight.
(Black Connector, tested with the Red Lead connected to the battery, and the Black Lead on the connector)
Black Wire w/Brown Stripe: 12V
Black Wire w/Brown Stripe: 12V
Green Wire (Solid): 12V
(White Connector, tested with the Red Lead connected to the battery, and the Black Lead on the connector)
Green wire w/Blue Stripe: 11.5V
(Black Connector, tested with the Red Lead connected to the battery, and the Black Lead on the connector)
Black Wire w/Brown Stripe: 12V

im at work right now. when i get out we'll continue. your blk/brn wires should be 12v with black lead grounded and probing with red lead.
you said you checked your fuses. are there 6 or only 4? pull them all and double check for burned fuses. they should be red 10 amp fuses.
