hmmm have you tried push starting it..

 

In theory there arefour things that are needed for combustion, fuel, compression,fire, and air. You are not getting one of these four. and if you are getting all four and the bike is still not starting, one of thosefour is not at its full potential. compression should be somewhere around 160I would say, someone else is going to have to tell you the voltage your sparks should be putting out and fuel pressure the same, but i wanna say around 30-40 psi? Some one check that for me. Thanks!

 

I finakky got it started tonight. bad plugs. these things were disgusting. thanks for all the help.
