Default F4 noises...Please Help

Hey guys Ive got a 2000 F4, and since i droped the bike a while back, i have had this ticking noise. and i can't figure out what it is. I thought it was the fan but dont really think that is what it is anymore. A buddy told me i might be my cam chain tensioner....no idea!? the noise gets faster as i pull the throttle......Anybody have ANY ideas.!?!?!?! Please Help!!!!

it could be the cctl...but it shouldn't do it because you drop the bike...
i say more likely you have an exhaust leak.

If it is rattling only at a certain RPM (around 5-6k i think?) it is probably ur CCTL.
