Also check the solder joints in your switches you could have one that is just barely hanging on and looses conection from vibration

I wonder if there's a heat-soak issue here? Could this be a vapor-lock problem? Perhaps a furl pump challenge?

When you say new, is it brand new, or new to the bike ? The f3's are notorious for having fuel pumps go bad. It's very conceivable that a replacement off another bike has the same issues.

When it bogs out, is it like a switch was turned off, which would indicate an electrical issue ? Or a sputter and cough like it's running out of fuel ?

Is your speedometer working ? The Air Vent Solenoid is turned off when the bike reaches 12 MPH. A simple test is just to unplug it. That is what controls the source of air flow between the small tubes below the headlight and the main air duct below the triple tree's.

it bogs as if the switch was hit but only while driving ....never while idling and the fuel components are all brand new. . that was going to be my next step was checking the vent solenoid....i checked the vent tubes themself when i cleaned the carbs. and they were clear and all connected... it just sux now hecause riding season is just about over and i havent really ridden since may :'(.

Rectifier.regulator could be failing. Itll run fine when its cool, but once it heats up it fails and this occurs. Its a common problem. Cheap fix with an ebay purchase.
