I don't remember exactly, It was late last year that I was looking them side by side. But a good exhaust shop should be able to bend on up if you have the bike and the can there for them to fit it.
If you want some pics of the 600rr midpipe to compare to I can shoot some as I have one laying in my garage.

The biggest difference I see between the two pics is the area wear the mid-pipe connects to header outlet is at a different angle.
But.......
That pic of the 1000RR, the mid-pipe appears to have been modified to suit the S.S. swingarm conversion. The welds don't look like factory Jardine Welds.
