I've had a plug in mine with over 2000 miles and no probs but I don't ride 125 all the time either. It takes a lot of strength to put a plug in I don't see how it would just fly out.

 

Thanks for the opinions, the screw in in the rear tire and its not in a tread and its midway from center to the edge. There was a plug in the tire when I bought the bike but it was in one of the treads so I kinda had the same thinking as munson (however i would hate to get munsoned) Since the tire was on its way out I didnt really think too much of it. The plug you use on the bike tire is different than car tires though right? Is it worth it to buy the tool or should I just take the tire in?anyone know how much it costs?
