Electrical Issues
I have a 92 CBR for a from a friend,
1.when I try to hook up the battery the bike is trying to start! Without the key. When I removed the starter fuse it still tried to start. Anybody have any idea what’s going on ?

That's not right. You've got a serious problem.
Your best bet is to ask your friend what he did to the bike.
Then try to undo whatever he did.
It could be melted wires. It could be a stuck relay. It could get the bike has been rewired somehow.
You're going to have to trace wires and check things and just do some general diagnosing the problem.
If you give us more info (pictures are always good) we'll be able to help more.
