Default dealer overfilled oil

Recently, got a Honda 04 Honda CBR600RR. I made the mistake of taking it a local Dealer instead of doing the change myself. I'm more than capable of doing it. I was just busy working so I figured I'd let " professionals do it". They managed to put the level over the top of the sight glass. I made a Youtube video showing how much it was overfilled and they agreed to have a van pick it up " remedy it".

I got the bike back yesterday, rode it to work and took it on a spin during lunch. I looked at the oil level again, just to make sure their knuckle heads actually drained it properly. To me it looks like they didn't do anything! Their notes upon re-delivery state " oil level slightly overfilled, reset oil level and rechecked."

Here's the first video I made ( before they picked it up) I've rode around 40-50 miles with this whole fiasco. Should I just have another shop document the oil level? I know overfilling causes lubrication issues with foaming.

One the service writers told me " don't worry guys on the track do this all the time. A few oz's won't hurt". I asked him what about foaming from the crank?

Couldn't see but have you got a paddock stand on the front end?
