This is just an update, as it turns out the wobbling I was experiencing seems to have been caused by low tire pressure. After filling the tires to manufacturer specs and taking the same turns that caused the wobble, the bike takes it like a charm and does not shake like it had before. So if peeps experience any wobble check your tire pressure first before you start messing with your suspension.

Anubis, any luck contacting the dealer?

Thanks,
TooL

I always recommend to people riding a replica bike to have OEM plain Jane plastics and put the goodies away... but then why buy it right... anyway truthfully someone would probably prefer an aftermarket screen as trendy as most riders want to be. How is that double bubble... it gets cold here in California believe it or not down to 30 and 40 but still perfect riding.
