Default Clutch question

2000 CBR 600 F4 just over 20k miles
Pull clutch all the way in and bike still getting slight power to wheel. Trouble shifting as well. Is this just caused by play in cable and needs adjustment ? Worn lifter pin? Springs and plates worn? All scenarios possible? Thanks ahead of time guys.

Could be any of those. Start with the cable. Maybe it's too loose or worn out.

@4:45 the guy shows about how much play a clutch should have

Cables life is done. I did manage to get most out of tensioner before it failed at fine tune on handle. Start bike in gear, clutch in, wheel spins. What should my next step be?
