I have a 96 CBR 600 F3. It has just under 18K miles on it. Recently i've began to notice a tapping or clicking sound whenever I downshift. It seems to be more pronounced at higher RPM's. I know I need a new chain and sprockets pretty soon could that have something to do with the noise? The noise seems to be coming from the front of the bike. Thanks, any imput is greatly appreciated.

 

well you might need a clutch have you serviced your clutch recently?
