Chain and/or Sprockets???
Can someone please tell me which chain is right for my '93 900RR? I am confused on which chain is good.
Does it need to be sealed?
I have a 530 on now. Is this the right size?
Do I need a gold chain?
I have the stock sprockets (16/43) on there now and probably don't feel the need to change them.
Thank you in advanced for any advice.

I have the 530 D.I.D. x-ring and love it!! Super smooth and strong as hell. It's pretty much a personal choice. Todays o-ringers are as good as they need to be to ride street. Whatever you decide to get, keep it clean and lubed and it will last you a long time.[8D]
Sweet!!! I I hear you guys right, I dont need a gold or expensive chain. (thinking high cost = high milage)
Chain cleaner?Motorox (sp?) chain cleaner. Anything better?
For lube,I bought the Motorox 622 lube. Ok?
How often do YOU clean and lube chain????

bel ray chain lube... goes on clear/white... looks and works good. Plus you dont get the black **** splattered everywhere... thats what I use.
I have a DID pro race gold chain... 230$ SWEETEST, SMOOTHEST, DOPEST LOOKIN CHAIN... ALSO MOST EXPENSIVE
LOL.
you can get a good chain for like 80$ man. DID is the way to go though takes alot of beating.
