Default chain/sprockets

getting about time to replace my chain/sprockets. i understand less teeth = more low end, can anyone recommend a good middle ground set of sprockets so im not constantly rowing through the gears, but gives me a little more acceleration?

ERm - +1,-3 isn't middle ground I'm at 1,-2 and it's pretty good... I don't find I have to shift all that much... it still lops off a lot of top end.

Check out my gallery for speed in each gear graphs...

Pretty good numbers there. It appears the best time to shift is at about 13,100. In regards to the mph they are all close.
