Default Cbr f4i 2001 knocking

I ll try to make it short. When the engine s cold there is no knocking, everything sounds well,as soon as it gets hot (80°C +) there is a slight knock that i can feel in the handlebars,it happens whenever the clutch is pulled in or the bike is in neutral, the noise goes away as soon as the bike is in gear and moving. The bike shifts well, doesn't jump out of gear. Where should i look?Should i consider taking down the transmission? (Also the speedo is faulty, shows 0 constantly maybe it has something to do with it cause it s dependent on the gearbox)

Check clutch 1st. Pull plates off and inspect everything. Bearings, plates, fingers on basket, etc.

Update: I did get the clutch cover off,i changed spark plugs, oil,oil filter, and speed sensor.
Upon inspecting the oil, there we re no metal flakes whatsoever, although when i pulled the speed sensor out there we re just a little metal flakes(normal in my opinion).I ll try a post a video here of the clutch and oil pump,to show nothing is wrong. And the knocking is still there.
-Conclusion: For anyone stumbling upon this thread. There are a lot of people that have the same issue and it doesnt go away no matter what they replace,so as far as i go,i will not do anything more and ride it as it is,if one day decides to blow up i ll replace the engine X))).Cheers guys and happy riding!

That's the right approach Adi, if there is nothing visible then it whats called a 'design feature'
