Default cbr f4 no spark help

I put this bike together from ground up, I have 2 f4 motors and wire harnesses and both harnesses get the same results. No spark to the 2 outside cylinders, so imagining that all 4 cylinders are not firing either. That batt is charged full and shows little over 12v, fuses are all good, tried coils from other harness and still no spark. Ive been search to find help for months and found that the pink wire in the ignition is anti theft and can cause this type of problem. Ignition I am testing with is getting between 8 and 9 volts to the pink wire, from what i have read this seems to be correct. so im wondering if possible rectifier has gone bad or maybe pulse generator, anyway to test these 2 things? i do have a multi meter, any help is much appreciated.

Hey if you are still around. Pull the ignition switch off and check the diode on the base.

Yep check the pulse generator and rotor. Need a meter with peak voltage capability. A good fluke will have it. Disconnect the ICM and check peak voltage between the two terminals for the pulse generator. (Yellow+ / Yellow&White-) Should be at least .7v peak. If not check harness and connection on pulse generator and the generator and rotor itself.
