Default no spark

Hey guys, new on here. Well here's my story. i have a 98 f3 that has no spark. A couple years ago I had it running, went outta town for the weekend, and when i came back I started the bike and let it warm up. When i got on and put it in first it slowly died. I checked the plugs and i had no spark, got new plugs and nothing, same problem, If anyone has an idea of what went wrong, let me know. I really dont wanna pay a shop 80 bucks an hour to tell me it might be something simple i could have done. thanx

Have you checked the ignitors to make sure they're connected?

Am I reading this right ? The bike hasn't been running for a couple of years ? If so, then I'm thinking battery and carburetor cleaning, fresh gas and whatnot. Have you been riding it since then (a couple years ago)?

I'm also being told by others that have cbr's that i should check my fuse boxes, the problem is that i can only find 1 and thats by the right handle. They say i have another one but no one seems to know where it is. If anyone can tell me where it is that would help me out

if shes been sitting for a few years, there might be a few things I would personally do before I hit the road again, but that's just me:

flush the rad.
new dot4 brake fluid.
new gas.
run seafoam through it.
new oil.
new filter.
new battery/trickle charge it back to 13v
air in tires/new tires depending.

also, not a huge issue usually, but new brakes if the condition was bad (clean with 2.00 brake cleaner from walmart)

1 bottle treats 25galon,

about a quarter of a bottle per tank is what i use.
