NO SPARK
HAVE A 1990 CBR1000F THAT WONT START CHECKED THE COILS AND THE LEFT ONE WASNT WORKING SO I SWAPED THEM AND THEN BOTH QUIT WORKING, I THEN CHECKED THEM WITH MY VOLT/OHME MEATER AND THEY CHECKED GOOD THE PUB SAYS ITS THE SPARK UNIT BUT I THINK IT IS THE PLUG FOR THE WIRES GOING TO THE COIL THE PLUG IS CORRODED REAL BAD. DOES ANYONE KNOW IF I CAN STRIGHT WIRE THAT AND CUT OUT THE PLUG OR MAYBE IT IS THE SPARK UNIT?

Sounds like it's one of the two, maybe both.
If both coils check out OK, then it is either the connection being corroded causing the problem, or your CDI unit's cooked, unless the fuel vacuum unit is disconnected and the bike's not getting any fuel...... Some questions :
Did you try to jump start it from a car with the engine running ?
What sort of condition is your battery in ? These bikes don't start on a weak battery, even if they turn over.
Did the bike run on two cylinders before you stripped it ?
If so, the CDI is probably OK and it's the connection.Clean up the corrosion and see if it'll work before doing anything else.
If not, I'd probably run the diagnostic check in the workshop manual.
