Cbr f3 tachometer problem ?
Hello everyone, I have Cbr 600 f3 95'. Problem is that when I turn on electricity ( not engine ) my tachometer starts to show 2000 rpm, but normaly it should show 0, and when I start engine tachometer is showing 2000rpm more than it actually is - ~3000 instead 1000. So is it tachometer problem, or just tachometer is showing some error related with motorcycle ? Maybe someone had the same problem and know how to fix it ? Thanks.
i have a 95 f3 also and my tach works flawlessly. i wouldnt think that it is a common problem but im am fairly new to the bike myself. you may need to change your cluster but its very possible that you can and will get better instruction from someone on here other than myself. also may want to post questions and problems in the 600 f3 forum on here. just a thought and good luck.
