Well I went all they way over on a wheelie (yea didnt cover the brake). and ended up putting a crack in my crankcase. With all that replaced Im up to the part where I put my clutch back together. The problem is my clutch lever does not pull the lifter(so clutch will not disengage). When I install the clutch outer gear into the scissor gears, after sliding it into both gears it does not sit flush(wont go all the way in and align with the scissor gears). and so the lifter is sticking out enough to not be letting the lever pull the plates. I've been searching for days and infact found others with the same problem but mysteriously there conversation ends as if they left it alone or found a solution but they dont say. I've done all my work with the manual at hand and this is not mentioned.
