Default CBR F2 issues

I have a 91 cbr 600 f2 it wont start ive bought new spark plugs so i know its not that ive had the carbs done and they are pumping fuel but it still wont fire up so im kind of stuck not to sure wat it could be. Any advice is welcomed im not to experienced with carbs.

Firing order correct? 1-2-4-3 Also 1&4 should be off the right side coil, 2&3 off the left.

Also - you got new plugs, but are you getting spark? Pull them out and check for spark at the electrodes.

Engines are just fuel/air/compression - combine them in the proper order and it should run.

As mentioned already, spark and compression are worth a check and are pretty easy to do. Removing a plug, reconnecting it to the plug lead and grounding it to the engine block should show a spark if you try and start the engine. If you can get hold of a compression guage then knowing you have good compression can rule out that problem.

Has the bike run recently or been sat for a while? Is the fuel fresh? I just helped a friend get a scooter going and all it took was fresh fuel because it had been sat for a year.
