Default Break-in - is it really that easy?

Hey guys.
'07 CBR1000rrr owner manual.
Paraphrasing - "No full-throtle acceleration for the first 300 miles".

That's it. Nothing about max RPM's or anything. And only for the first 300 miles? Wow. Can it get any easier?

There are a lot of threads about this in the 1kRR section.

General consensus is to keep it under 6k for the first 300 miles.

i just rode it like i normally do. gave it full throttle but just for bursts, not for long period of time and you should be alright.
