try unplugging the brake light switch(s) one at a time to see if that is the culprit

Okay, if your brake light is always on, then chances are the foot operated brakelight switch is either bad or screwed into the mounting bracket too far or not enough. Loosen the keeper nut on the foot operated switch, turn your key on and you will see that the brakelight is on, at this point screw or un screw the switch in and out of the bracket until the light goes off. When the light turns off and you only have the running light, tighten the backup nut to the bracket and you should be set. Chances are, you bumped it and didn't realise it. Keep in mind that it is only probably going to take about half a turn to fix the prob if the switch isnt bad. Let me know if this works and if not, I will try to help some more. Emailme if you have any more Q's shane_workman@insightbb.com

nope...still doesn't work. It seems like an electrical issue somewhere. I check all parts of the brake, and even bled them out (accidentally).
