Default bike won't start after accident

I just got into an accident because some truck decided to run me off the road and now my bike won't start. Everything seems to be fine, there isn't any leaking or anything like that, but the FI light doesn't light up like it usually does when you turn the kill switch on and all the bike does is crank up. What can be the problem? Thanks.

Is it a new bike?
A lot of new bikes have whats called a bank angle sensor (lean angle) that automatically stops the engine and fuel pump if the bike flips over or is over turn. Before restarting the bike you must turn the ignition switch to off position and then back on. the engine wont start until you do this. not sure how it works for the bike you have but that's the procedure for the 954. maybe your bike needs the sensor turned on manually.

Also did you damage the ignition cut off switch on the side stand?

The bike is a 2001 cbr600f4i. There isn't any damage on the ignition cut off switch on the side stand. If it's the tilt sensor that's causing the FI light to not come on and the bike to start, how do i fix this? Can it be done by myself?

Well when i wanted to make sure the bike woudl still run after i looped and had all the plastics off i just took the bank angle sensor and jumped the two connections on the plug from the ecu to think it was still connected. Since i had no front fairing or anything. IT started right up and ran fine..Just a thought..
