Default Battery Problems

I have a 2000 Honda CBR600F4 with a new installed battery and spark plugs. The other day I was driving on the main road and as I was down shifting to come to a stop the bike just turned off, luckily I was still moving and was able to start it again and it worked fine. Same thing happened again as I was reaching close to 70km/h and slowing down, the bike turned off midway but since I was moving I was able to start it again. When I got home, I turned off the bike and attempted to turn it back on but it wouldn't work. Only way it comes alive is if I charge or boost the battery?

I am at work now but I will test the rectifier once I get home to see if its getting enough juice.
