Default Anything to check/reset after replacing battery?

Hey everyone,
I recently took my old battery out of my bike for about a week, and then replaced it with a new one. The new one was trickle charged to full. But... my bike won't start and I'm scared It will turn over like a bastard, but will not run. I checked fuses... they are fine. I'm just praying that there is something to reset?? or something that had to be done after an extended time with no juice. I have a 2007 CBR1000rr with PCIII and Jardine RT-1 pipe. Any, and I do mean ANY, suggestions will be really appreciated. Also, just to let you know... it;s kinda cold up here, about 35 F (a stable 35 F as it's in the garage). Don't know why that would matter though, my 4-stroke ski-doo starts just fine at -40. Anyways, thanks in advance... Eazy88

Sorry about the wait, but we had a nasty snow storm today and my ISP was down. Yup, I hear the pump prime. All the fuses are good. Not too sure where to go from here. A budy of mine said to check the ignition coils... but not too sure how or what to check.

Was it running before you pulled the battery?

Did you fill the tank before storage?

Did you use Stabil or something else and how much?

Add gas line antifreeze to make sure the gas lines didn't freeze. I do understand its 35 but it was cold enough to have snow.

It was running prior to taking the battery out. I drove it to the gas station to fill the tank last week. I filled the right up to the top with 92 octane gas and I added 75 ml of Sta-bil to ~15 litres of gas that i put in there. I keep my garage heated at just above freezing all winter. I turned the heat up last night to about 50 F and it still won't start today.

it may take a few charges, but do this:

Hold the throttle WOT and crank the bike til it dies. do this until it starts.

okay. I'll give that a try. I'll respond when it works. I only have a .75 Amp trickle charger, so i'm about 12 - 18 hours minimum a charge. Thanks guys.

Okay fellas, I found out what the problem was. Other than my own stupidity, when I hooked up the battery, I never hooked up the ground cable for the Power Commander. The cable kind of fell in behind the frame and I couldn't see it. I had started to remove the PCIII thinking it was causing my problems (even though it was still lighting up showing throttle position), and I noticed the ground cable. I guess it was kind of the problem. Thanks to eveyone for your help, and sorry about the time wasting thing .....Eazy88
