While I was changing spark plugs I did the flapper mod. I am getting a red light and F1. I think I need to reset the ECU. Can anyone help out? That and the bike won't start unless I give it a lot of throttle...

 

what did you do with the cable that was connected to the flapper in the air box?

i think but could be wrong, that is what caused your MIL light to come one.

did you do anything with the servo or the htev at this time?

 

I took the cable off. I haven't messed with the htev yet. I plan on doing the mod to it soon too.

 

messing with the cable may have triggered your light issue, it may have did something with your servo.

if you could with you motorcycle running rev your motor and see if the htev turns at the 3k and 7k if it does then i am probally wrong?
