Of course i took the MSF it was so much fun. The one thing i need to do is look i seem to be very very crappy at that.

2 birds, one stone.
True but the closest thing i got is drive to NJ lol
The bike was dropped and while raising it back to stop height i dropped it (literally haha) but no damage so that was good, made me scared to lean though since i lost ground clearance and all.

fwiw, there are guys that will put a fresh set on and run the track, by the end of the first lap they are scrubbed in. but thats an extreme case. just take it easy like everyone else said. if your new to the bike, you shouldnt be leaning hard enough to even begin to worry about the tires.
When I got my new front tire I let my buddy ride my bike back(I got it 1day after getting my bike) and let my buddy ride it home. He rode it fairly hard with no problem.
When I got a new rear (A month later) I would weave in and out at slower speeds (Stopping at light, accelerating from light or other slow roads) towarm them up. But while riding home I tried to stop quickly (From 80mph) to take a left at an intersection that came up faster than I thought. The rear kept slidingout but I was on the rear too hard. So be easy on your rear brake.

he's right though.
I think your suffering from a case of pre-test nerves, & have heard some scary stuff regarding new tyres. I'd say your probably riding carefully anyway. Relax, just ride your bike as normal & the tyres will scrub in without any drama, it only takes a few clicks for the process to start.
I agree with ^pacemaker^ it was a nice warm day when i got my new rear and and i rode er all day, slowly progressing with agressiveness, made a few laps around town, then rode out on some nice country roads and she felt pretty good! ya just gotta learn to feel things before they happen- just keep in mind that its all about respect
