I mounted new front and rear tires and I know the rubber must be ruff because taking any type of ride on them. My question ishow to do it, I can do a burn out on the rear, which will only scrub the middle. But how to do the side of the rear and the front tire.

Just to 100 miles of easy riding and you should be good to go, that should get all the oils out of the tire.

 

as said above you need to take it easy the first couple hundreds of miles the tires have a slight silicone like substance over them when they are brand new .
