Well i fixed everything else, but know my neutral light stays on at all times whether i'm in 1st gear or 5th...any ideas on this one thanks.....on how to make it go off

 

Sounds like a ground. Like where a car horn won't stop honking, there is a ground before the horn button. Your neutral light or switch may have a ground in the wiring. No fuse will blow because the load is still present in the flow. Look for a pinched wire.

 

am i gonna have to pull the cluster out to find that you thinK/
