picked up a 00 f4 for what i beleive to be resonable ($2500). The bike was missing all the inner fairing around the dash and tube cover with no snorkels. No big deal i got some snorkels on sleazebay. Put them on and bike lost power and bucked on acceleration/ stalled on decelleratrion. got home took em off and went for another ride. ran great. Checked air filter..dirty but visable light. IS my issue dirty air filter or deeper?

ok, now finally someone else has the same problem as me [sm=groupwave.gif]

It seems like if i could run with my carbs showing and no air restriction It would run soo soo awsome.

 

ok im am seriously confused....
no snorkels leading to air filter..bike runs fine
add snorkels..loses all power and stalls when decellerating
went and got a new k&n hopeing for the better air flow still does it..
