Default Advise on getting this bike going again

I need some advise from the 900RR owners on getting a bike I just acquired running again.

It is a 99 900RR NEW with 76 Miles and has sat up for 5 years with out being started. Looks as if it was riden 76 miles and parked in the garage since then. I assume I will need to do the following:

1) Change OIL/FILTER and Coolant
2) Change Plugs
3) Clean the Carbs, I know they are going to be a mess.
4) Flush the fuel system and lines.
5) Charge or replace battery
6) Clean or replace the tank that now has rust in it

Is there anythig else you guys can think of before I fire this thing up.

Thanks in advace!

Brake fluid... might not hurt to do forks later...

Is the gas tank rusty? Was it left dry or half full... if it was left dry your carbs actually could be fine. I'd rather dirty carbs than a left as is dry tank rust sucks. Is the tank solid enough for a chemical liner? Is it good enough that a good slosh about with BBs would clean it?

Probably going to need some new rubber on her...

I'd be surprised if the battery is any good. If it's gotten cold it's likely a paper weight.

Fuel filter - either replace the existing one (if it had one) or install one. Do this before you turn the key on and pump crap into cleaned carbs.
