bought a 97 600 f3 last summer, fell in love with going fast, yet i want to go faster or at least get it faster. I heard of someone having the internals of a cbr 900 in a 600 block? Is that possible? What does it take to get super speed out of a 600 f3. Getting a bigger bike is not a financial option. Plus it's a bonus when a 600 disguise motor whips the 650's, 750's, or the 1000'sor at leastsomewhat keep up with a 1000. Any tech tips or suggestions appreciated!

 

sup man hear is what you can do for not to much $$ can can do a jet kit, a good header, good air filter,oiland oil filter, there is alot you can do

 

i got another idea for more speed hve ya checked out the used bike market you can get yourself into a nice 600rr pretty cheap and if you like that f3 boy you will absolutely love pretty much anything produced in the oast 5 years they just get better and better every year and you can get a good deal somewhere im sure of it so trade her in and feed your speed addiction if ya wanna keep up with the liter bikes

 

you can put a 893cc 900rr engine in your bike. do a search on here for 900f2 and there is a link in a thread that i have posted that shows the whole process.. but as for putting 900 internals in a 600 block i dont think thats possible.

 

i dont believe you can swap the internals. though listen to bindel and you could swap in a bigger motor or use that money to buy a bigger bike

you say its not financially possible but it could be . sell the f3 and use that money to buy a 900rr. then sell that 900rr to buy a 929rr . you might have to drop a lil bit of money on your part but its do able. i sold my f3 for 2.5k and bought a 97 900rr the same day for 3k. then 1 month later i sold the 900rr for 3.5k and used that money to buy a 929rr for 3.5k.

 

i bought my 900 engine for 500.00 and sold my f2 engine for 650.00.[sm=happy046.gif]
