I was wondering if the cbr1000f's had any type of restrictor or governor on them to limit their top speed? My speedo is topping out at about 155.

 

There were some European models that restrictors on the rubber boots between the carburetors and the intake manifold. I haven't seen any here in the US. Someone in the 1000F section may be able to shed more light on it. 155 is pretty respectable for a 1993. Especially if nothing has been done to it.
