So i was told by a friend that the european versions of the f3 did not have a governor but the american versions did. Can anyone tell me if this is true? and if so how to remove it to get a little bit more top end speed? Thanks

 

i dont think that is true, but why would you even try to break the top speed, the only time ive come close to topping mine out was on a long straight away that is used for drags, and that was on a track day

 

Sorry I didn't mean top speed, I forgot the way he phrased it he said he "gained about 20 hp" which I doubt. but if it gave me like 5 or 7 or something like that then I would like to give it a shot.
