600rr won't start
I'm looking for any ideas and all help is appreciated. I have an 04 600rr. I pulled over tonight to get fuel. When I turned the back on after, all the lights were on like normal. I hit the starter button then everything died and now the lights won't come back on and the bike still won't start. The clock stays on until I put the key in the "on" position and the rpm needle will cycle when I turn the key back off. When I got the bike back home I checked the battery leads to make sure they weren't loose and the battery had a good voltage ruling out a bad battery, I think. My next idea is that the starter fuse might have blown but I'm not 100% sure. I also don't know if that would be in the fuse box or inline to the battery. Any and all suggestions are appreciated
I didn't get that far, I just hooked the multi up to the battery at sitting position and it was high 12.x. I didn't get any farther because I didn't want to spend the rest of the night in the garage. I'm hoping it's the battery over anything else, because that'd be an easy fix. But I had also been running the bike all day so shouldn't it have stayed charged? I've never had one just randomly die like that if so
