Default 20,000 miles service

I'm approaching the milestone. What service should I get? The service manual doesn't list any recommendations.

I will be getting new tires so I'm thinking I should take this time to replace other parts. Chain and rear sprocket has no wear, brake pads and rotors look fine. What are the life span of these OEM parts?

Are there other parts I need to check? Clutch? Brake fluids? Coolant?

Thanks.
