-1 front + 2 rear
if i go withis particular sprocket set up will i need to remove/add chain ? i don't think that i will have to because the slack from the missing front one will be taken up by the additional rear two and there is some room to adjust and the bike also calls for 1.75 inches of free play in chain so i think i won't have to remove/add chain links let me know
Do i personally think the chain made a difference, i would say no. I think its all the sprockets. But since i was doing it i figured i would spend a little more and get a new stronger and better chain. Just my own opinion. Do what ever u feel like.

One tooth in the front is almost equivalent to three on the rear, gear ratio wise, so i woul guess that the chain will adjust properly with that setup. also, i own a bike shop here in russellville and i know that those quick accelleration kits that use 520 chain and aluminum rears, dont last. the "rolling mass" reduction is knit picking. the gear ratio is where the gain is. but that's only my opinion. thanks for the tip on my problem.
Dont bother getting a 520 kit for a 600CC bike. If you look up on that, it really doesnt do anything for that size bike. They were made for 1000CC bikes.
And by the way a 520 is thinner and will break easier. It isnt stronger

Any time you change a sprocket/chain you need to repalce the other. no matter which one you change for what ever reason up in the front down in the back, front down a$$ up you know.
