Need help please.I have a 02 954,i pulled the engine covers to be chromed,and switched fuel tanks with an identical bike.Both bikes were running fine.Now one wont start.I pulled a spark plug and turned it over,but no spark.All fuses by battery are ok.The Honda shop guru[some guru] said something like switch the ignition key set,something about a anti theft resistor that might of went out.Please help

 

This might not help to much, but I learned it through expirience.. if it ran fine before you took it apart, and you didn't break anything taking it apart - putting it back together, then the chances are you didn't hook something up. I wouldn't go replacing parts just yet. Make sure all connections to everything under tank is secure, double check everything you disconnected.
