Default 01 cbr 600f4i weird rattle coming from stator/stator cover only at idle

I have a 2001 Honda CBR 600f4i. I haven't owed it long, seems like a solid bike. About a week ago I started noticing a rattling sound coming from my stator cover while I was at a stop light. I wanna say like a rattle/dry bearing sound if you will.. I pulled off the side of the road and it stopped even at idle I couldn't hear it anymore, the bike still ran perfect. It only make that noise every now and again at the end of a rev or at a idle. I've never heard it while riding. I've searched everywhere for a answer, a few threads said CCT but after reading the symptoms I'm almost sure that's not the issue I'm having at this point. Any and all help will be much appreciated!!

are you low on oil?? the clutch is behind that cover and maybe the clutch plates are rattling if your low on oil. maaassive long shot but u never know.. my vote is for CCT as it the rattle will be carried by the crank to stator area.

Oil is fine. I'm not hearing anything on the clutch side, only the stator side

I can hold my hand against the cover of the stator and almost feel the rattle...

On mine the clutch is on the same side.. Could always take off the cover and see if there is anything obviously loose.. Engine mounts is another idea.

I plan to yank that cover off this weekend and check it out. Thanks for the info. I'll touch base after I get a closet look.
